[ARCHIVED] Lincoln County Register of Deeds Office to accept Passport applications

Lincolnton, NC - The Lincoln County Register of Deeds Office is pleased to announce that it now accepts passport applications on behalf of the U.S. Department of State.  U.S. citizens planning international travel may apply for their passports and have passport photographs taken by appointment only.  This service is available Monday thru Friday between 9am and 4pm at the Register of Deeds Office, 100 East Main St. on the 2nd Floor, in Lincolnton, NC with the exception of holiday closings. The service will begin on January 15, 2020.

Danny R. Hester, the Lincoln County Register of Deeds, says, “This is yet another service our office is glad to provide for the citizens of Lincoln County.”
