[ARCHIVED] Notice Of Mandatory Water Restrictions June 17 and June 18, 2011

Lincoln County Public Works will be replacing an essential piece of equipment in the Water Treatment Plant on Friday, June 17, 2011 and Saturday, June 18, 2011.

This work will seriously limit, for a short time, the amount of water available to all our customers, especially those on the eastern end of the County. To insure that our customers have an adequate supply of water, the following mandatory restrictions are in place from 3:00pm, Friday June 17th until noon on Sunday, June 19th:

• No lawn irrigation.
• No filling of pools or topping off pools• No car washing or pressure washing
• No water from fire hydrants for any purpose other than firefighting or other public emergency

Additionally we request that all customers limit all water use to essential use during this time.
