[ARCHIVED] National Touring Company to Perform The Show American Dreams

Bright Star Touring Theatre, a national professional touring theatre company based in Asheville, NC, is visiting the area with their show American Dreams on June 26, at 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the James Warren Citizens Center in Lincolnton, NC.

American Dreams celebrates the American Dream and the belief that in America all things are truly possible. The show honors the work and legacies of some of America’s most famous immigrants, giving an opportunity for student volunteers to join the actors on-stage in the roles of Levi Strauss, Alexander Graham Bell and others. This empowering 45-minute production is in the middle of a five state summer tour and stars North Carolina based actors Ramon Perez and Zoey Norris. It’s a fast-paced interactive adventure through America’s melting pot!

American Dreams is designed to best appreciated by audience Pre K-5th grades.

Bright Star Touring Theatre serves more than 850 audiences annually with a variety of programs ranging from Heroes of the Underground Railroad to Aesop’s Fables.
