A community involvement meeting will be held on Thursday, August 16, 2012, at 6 PM at LandMark Self Storage at 5485 E. NC 150 Hwy. to provide information about the proposal and to receive comments prior to a public hearing.
LandMark Self Storage is requesting the rezoning of 1.2 acres from B-N (Neighborhood Business) to CZ B-G (Conditional Zoning General Business) to permit a storage area for boats and recreational vehicles as part of an existing self-storage facility. The property (the rear portion of Parcel ID# 82515) is located about 250 feet west of N.C. 150 just south of Quinlan Trail in Ironton Township.
