Lincoln County Health Department will provide flu shots to Lincoln County employees covered by BCBSNC through the county on the following date and time, as supplies are available:
FRI - NOV 02, 2012: 9:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. Health Dept. **As Vaccine Remains Available
These shots are 100% covered by Employee Medical Insurance. Eligible employees will need to bring the following information to receive their vaccines:
1. LC Employee Badge
2. Driver's License
3. BCBS/LC Card (for verification of county coverage only)
Lincoln County Health Dept. will administer the flu shot to eligible pregnant employees with an order from their private provider. This vaccine is preservative free.
