The Arts Council and Lincoln County Senior Services wishes to announce an exhibit of artwork created by senior adults of Lincoln County. Pieces were created during the 2013-2014 Pottery Workshops at Fat Cat Pottery and Rising Sun Pottery.
The Senior Showcase will be on display in the galleries of the Lincoln Cultural Center, 403 East Main Street in Lincolnton, March 4 - 28. A reception, sponsored by Healthy@Home CMC-Lincoln, will be held to celebrate the work of seniors on Wednesday, March 5, at 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. in the solarium of the Lincoln Cultural Center. The community is invited to come show their support of senior artists.
The mission of Lincoln County Senior Services in Lincoln County is to enhance the quality of life for all older adults and to promote participation in all aspects of the community. The Arts Council of Lincoln County invites senior residents of Lincoln County to participate in art-related events throughout the year.
