Southeastern Land Development, LLC is seeking to rezone of 116 acres to permit 220 single-family homes, 39 townhomes, 200 multi-family dwelling units and 100,000 sq. ft. of commercial space at the intersection of NC16 Business and Triangle Circle (south).
Southeastern Land Development, LLC, is requesting the rezoning of 116 acres from B-N
(Neighborhood Business) and R-T (Transitional Residential) to PD-MU (Planned Development
Mixed Use) to permit 220 single-family detached homes, 39 townhomes, 200 multi-family
dwelling units and 100,000 square feet of commercial space. The property (Parcel ID# 32954) is
located at 799 N. NC 16 Hwy., on the west side of N.C. 16 Business near the southern end of
Triangle Circle.
A second community involvement meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2015, at 7:00
p.m. at Unity Presbyterian Church, 8210 Unity Church Road, Denver, N.C., to provide additional
information about the proposal and to receive comments prior to a public hearing.
