The Lincoln County Planning Board will hold a meeting and public hearing on Monday, September 14, 2009, at 6:30 p.m. to consider the following matter:
TUP #2009-1 Harold Fulbright, applicant (Parcel ID# 51262) A request for temporary use permits to hold a music festival and a farm fair in the R-SF (Residential Single-Family) district. The 25-acre parcel is located at 6374 Fairview School Road, on the north side of Fairview School Road about 3,600 feet east of Houser Farm Road in North Brook Township. The music festival would be held Oct. 2-3. The farm fair would be held March 12-13, 2010, and include a mule-pulling competition, antique tractor show, children’s activities and crafts.
